1. Semen Shipping:
Semen will be shipped to mare owner/DVM in an approved shipping container upon prior notification of at least 24 hours by mare owner/DVM. Although it is the breeder’s goal to settle the mare with the first shipment, there is no guarantee regarding semen condition once it leaves the breeder.

3. Live Foal Guarantee:
Should the mare abort or not produce a live foal that stands and sucks at 48 hours, she is entitled to a return breeding through the next season after which the contract will be fulfilled.
4. Breeder’s Certificate:
Issued for live foals when all fees and expenses have been paid in full.
6. Loss of Stallion Services:
The breeding fee (less booking and used collection and shipping fees) will be refunded if the stallion should die, be sold, or become unfit for breeding prior to settling the mare.
7. Loss of Mare:
The breeding fee (less booking and used collection and shipping fees) will be refunded if the mare should die or become unfit prior to settling, unless the mare owner elects to substitute another mare.
